Staff and doctor were great. Doc was very easy to understand. I had an ingrown toenail on my big toe. He took out the left and right sides of the nail, and the procedure itself didn't hurt at all! Naturally after the lidocaine wore off I'm a bit sore but all in all I would call it a win!

Initial visit (11/13/2025), I was not disappointed....Very, Very pleased from start to finish. Staff were Very Pleasant, Polite, and Professional! Dr. Speer was Great! I absolutely Love a doctor who listens. He not only listens, but assesses, offers all options and then explains all options....in detail!😃 Absolutely WONDERFUL visit and experience! Will be recommending him to everyone needing a Podiatrist!

I used Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center on Spanish Trail, for the first time on Oct 17, 2024. They were great. From the moment I walked in, they were very friendly and welcoming. They got me in very quickly and I saw Dr. Speer. He was very personable, but efficient, and gave a thorough examination of my feet, and a treatment plan going forward. I had never used a podiatrist before and just picked them because they were close to home, but it turns out, I found excellent care and a genuinely friendly staff.

I recently consulted Dr. Speer about a neuroma in my right foot. Dr. Speer explained treatment options fully. I chose the laser/stem cell injection. This procedure seems to have provided the relief I needed. I am satisfied with the results and would encourage any patient to at least give it serious consideration.
