Dr Speer and his staff were very nice, explained procedure very well. I would recommend him to those who need foot and ankle care.

Dr. Speer and staff, were extremely professional and made me feel extremely comfortable during my office visit. Dr. Speer diagnosed my issue quickly and started treatment immediately With plans for follow up to make sure everything is good. I would recommend Dr. Speer without any hesitation and would return if I had any other foot or ankle issues.

My experience was fantastic

I had seen Dr. Speer almost 2 years ago for an ingrown toenail. Got me in right when other places told me it would be weeks to be seen. I drive a tractor/trailer and don't get much home time. So when I had my heel causing me a lot of pain, once again they came through and got me in right away. They diagnosed my pain and treated it with an injection (yes painful, but affective) that has almost alleviated all my pain in 1day. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Speer. Simply the best!
So today 06/08/2026 I received a "Final Notice" bill for a service date from 06/28/2023! Now even though it's almost 3 years old, that's not what is so disturbing to me. I can't believe that they would actually spend the money for postage, printing, paper, 2 envelopes, and the salary for someone to prepare and send this to me for an outstanding balance of a WHOOPING 0.52¢! I will pay this balance to stay in good standing with the fine doctor. I just have a feeling that it will cost them a lot more than the 0.52¢ I owe the Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center!

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the people in Dr Speer’s office. From start to finish! As someone who unfortunately frequently has to go to a lot of doctor’s offices, this office is the Cleanest office I’ve been to in a very long time~ probably ever! That really matters to me ~ in a medical setting, especially. I was able to make an appointment very soon when I called. Also, I was in and out for my first appointment in under 45min. Check in to check out! That’s unheard of for a first time patient. I did not feel rushed at all and could have had more time with him if I had needed it. Dr Speer explained my diagnosis in detail where I could understand the mechanics of my problem in language I could easily understand. There was no ego in his personality. Just genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. He also offered and explained a wide range of treatment options. I could go on and on, but I will just close saying that you will NOT make a mistake in choosing this doctor and you will be delighted by everyone in his office!

Outstanding experience! Dr Speer and his office staff are absolutely the best in Pensacola. I've never had a surgical procedure done at any of my previous podiatrist offices be as successful as this one done at the Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center. Dr Speer and his staff really go over and beyond to make any necessary operation a very pleasent experience. In the past, I have had to go to many foot surgeons for various foot injuries and problems but in the future, I will never go to any one other than Dr. Speer. The appointment was requested and I saw the doctor within a week of the request , The office Manager even helped coordinate with my PCP to get my referral approved . My X-rays were done on site and the consultation was completed and treatment plan decided that same day! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful . The actual procedure will enable me to have very limited down time and minimally evasive to me. My procedure will be done within a week of seeing the doctor. Very impressive from start to finish!

Great service, went in right on time, no long wait in the waiting room. Dr Speer gave a quick and thorough examination, explaining the problem and laid out my options. Once I decided which way to go he was able to start my treatments right then. So all in all I received great service from a knowledgeable doctor with a friendly and efficient staff
