Outstanding experience! Dr Speer and his office staff are absolutely the best in Pensacola. I've never had a surgical procedure done at any of my previous podiatrist offices be as successful as this one done at the Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center. Everyone I encountered, from the very first day until my very last office visit was extremely caring, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Speer and his staff really go over and beyond to make any necessary operation a very pleasent experience. In the past, I have had to go to many foot surgeons for various foot injuries and problems but in the future, I will never go to any one other than Dr. Speer. I highly recommend the Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center.

The appointment was requested and I saw the doctor within a week of the request , The office Manager even helped coordinate with my PCP to get my referral approved . My X-rays were done on site and the consultation was completed and treatment plan decided that same day! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful . The actual procedure will enable me to have very limited down time and minimally evasive to me. My procedure will be done within a week of seeing the doctor. Very impressive from start to finish!

I had a great visit with Foot & Ankle. Very pleasant staff. The office was very clean. Dr Speer helped me a lot and got my treatment on the right path.

Great service, went in right on time, no long wait in the waiting room. Dr Speer gave a quick and thorough examination, explaining the problem and laid out my options. Once I decided which way to go he was able to start my treatments right then. So all in all I received great service from a knowledgeable doctor with a friendly and efficient staff

What began with terrible pain and a thought that I might need surgery was quickly corrected by Dr. Speer, with an Xray followed by a honest and correct diagnosis of a self inflicted problem that would clear up by itself if I were to wear proper shoes instead of running around barefoot all the time. The staff was likewise professional and congenial. Very pleased all intend to remain a patient of record at Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center.

From start to finish, an absolute wonderful experience. The staff is extremely warm and comforting. Dr. Speer is very personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was professional and warm which took away my worries and anxiety.

Newly remodeled office and noninvasive cure attempt before any slice and dice attempt. That's a good boy Dr. Speer. The last time we first met and cutting out the piece of metal I stepped on, creaming the callused skin until the tissue worked its way out worked perfectly and I have not thought about it until now.

Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle was able to see me within hours after I requested help with a rapidly swelling toe. Dr. Speer was able to stop the pain with an injection, then prescribed an antibiotic which has reduced the swelling within 36 hours. Thanks to Dr. Speer and his pleasant staff!

Dr. Speer and his staff are delightful and efficient!! Dr. Speer fixed a problem with my foot in2023. New issue that the Doctor said might need a few appointments to completely heal.
