I used Emerald Coast Foot and Ankle Center on Spanish Trail, for the first time on Oct 17, 2024. They were great. From the moment I walked in, they were very friendly and welcoming. They got me in very quickly and I saw Dr. Speer. He was very personable, but efficient, and gave a thorough examination of my feet, and a treatment plan going forward. I had never used a podiatrist before and just picked them because they were close to home, but it turns out, I found excellent care and a genuinely friendly staff.

I recently consulted Dr. Speer about a neuroma in my right foot. Dr. Speer explained treatment options fully. I chose the laser/stem cell injection. This procedure seems to have provided the relief I needed. I am satisfied with the results and would encourage any patient to at least give it serious consideration.

My husband saw Dr. Speer for a nasty looking toe nail fungus. He was very knowledgeable and gave him several options on how to treat it. We were very satisfied with the option we chose and would recommend him to anyone.

I put off calling for over a year because I cannot stand my feet touched. I told everyone I saw in the office I was very uneasy about the appointment. Dr Speer explained everything before he did a thing. He is kind, he listens and I never felt any pain. I recommend him highly especially if you have issues about seeing a podiatrist. Second visit was much easier.

The staff were very friendly and personable. The facility is extremely nice. Dr. Speer was exceptional! He took the time to listen to all of my conerns, then questioned me in detail to make sure that he could properly evaluate my problems and then patiently outlined and explained the various options that were available to possibly correct my foot issues. He even drew a ‘pictorial’ to show me one option. I especially was impressed when his first comments/strategy was to focus on non surgical remedies..He made everything very clear and ez to understand. He also spent at least a half an hour with me and never got in a rush…

Dr. Speer and his staff are very friendly. Dr. Speer was thorough with examination and explained everything where I could easily understand instead of only using medical terms. Making an appointment was super easy and I did not have to wait weeks to get in to see him like with most specialists.

My foot surgery is not healed yet. So, the outcome has not been completely realized. At this point it all looks good. Dr. Speer and staff have been very helpful and professional.

I was referred by the va. I am TOTALLY happy with all the ladies there , and doctor. They are so nice and respectful. The doctor ALWAYS actually listened during my exams. As a vet it’s great to see this type of customer service anywhere. Great honest folks and not looking to just “ take you to surgery.” GOD bless you !!

Wonderful experience! All staff were helpful and very professional. Dr Speer is attentive and always available for questions/ concerns. My patient care process was professional and thorough which led to vast improvement of my arthritic foot problem. I have recommended him to my family and friends.
